Domestic Shipping Policy
The automatically generated shipping quotes are only to the 48 contiguous states of America. For deliveries outside of this are one will need to call or email for a quote.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order should the address have additional shipping costs due to the location having unforeseen expenses due to ferry costs, etc. which are not disclosed at time of placing the order and would effect the automatically generated shipping costs on our website.
Shipment Method
FedEx ground, UPS  plus the US Post Ofice on smaller orders and FedEx Freight on larger items.
Estimated delivery time will vary based on method of shipment.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We do not do Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If a tracking number is available you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The Tent Merchant Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Make sure to inspect the items promptly make the claim within 5 business days.

International Shipping  Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Back Orders
We will attempt to ship all orders complete. At times our inventory may be off at which point we promptly contact the client giving
them the option to cancel the order. If an item is backordered we will give the client an estimated date of arrival, it will be shipped when available.
